Regulatory, Privacy Notices, and Data Partnership Information
The Rebuilding Incentives for Sustainable Electric (RISE) Homes Program is approved as part of California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) Decision (D.) 21-11-002 (Appendix to D.21-11-002). Southern California Edison, on behalf of itself and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, San Diego Gas & Electric Company, Liberty Utilities (CalPeco Electric) LLC, Bear Valley Electric Service, Inc., and PacifiCorp, dba Pacific Power (“Utilities”) serves as the RISE Homes Program administrator and contracting agent partnering with ICF International, Inc. (ICF) to implement RISE. As a customer of your utility company, your personal information will be processed by that utility company according to their privacy statement. As part of this partnership, ICF collects certain personal information as a Service Provider on behalf of the RISE Homes Program and the Utilities.
You may view the Privacy Notices for each of the Utilities below. These Privacy Notices contain additional information about how your personal information is processed as well as how you can contact your utility provider if you have questions.

ICF, its subsidiaries, and affiliates can only resolve requests from individuals with whom we have a direct relationship. This includes requests from our website visitors, customers, job applicants, employees or marketing recipients. For more information about ICF’s privacy practices, please visit their Privacy Statement. ICF is a business-to-business provider (Data Processor/Service Provider). We may not be able to respond to any requests on behalf of companies that use our software or services. For such requests, we recommend that residential customers contact their utility provider directly using the links above.
