Social media community guidelines
RISE Homes (Rebuilding Incentives for Sustainable Electric Homes) developed these guidelines to encourage meaningful engagement, protect individuals’ privacy, and ensure discussions on our social media channels remain focused and respectful.
We ask that all comments be respectful and relevant to the specific topic.
Comments that violate these guidelines may be removed at RISE Homes’ discretion. Repeat or severe violations may result in the user being blocked from further participation. To keep communication transparent and encourage two-way conversation, some comments may remain visible; responses will occur only when productive. Please note that community management and posting occur Monday through Friday during regular business hours. RISE Homes Community Managers aim to address comments within 24 hours on business days.
When posting, please carefully consider the information you share about yourself; you participate at your own risk and are responsible for your comments. To protect your privacy and that of others, avoid including phone numbers, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information within your comments. Additionally, you can manage your profile’s public information by adjusting social media account settings.
